The restaurant is in deep need for an expeditor. But seeing it's never ending pasta bowl, I can understand why they get backed up and not knowing what they're doing.
Wrong pasta, wrong sauce, wrong meat, just everything wrong in general. Or was having a problem with their head buried all the way up to their ears. The kitchen staff that night was very backed up. Front-of-the-house staff and waiting staff was absolutely wonderfully cheerful and inviting. As for the Vernon hills location, this place was absolutely wonderful. Upon asking why so long, we were told that we were never put on the list.
Yet 55 minutes later, we were still waiting outside. We gave her name and number, Mr Patel even acknowledged it.
